This old Fraternal Order of Eagles gavel measures approximately 10".  Made from wood with a brass metal plate at top where the lettering is engraved. No maker's mark. It is pre-owned near mint condition.  The piece could be displayed as a collectible or the brass band replaced to repurpose.
