Note for using Tele2 in Moscow area:
Please make sure that your phone or any other device is 3G / 4G (LTE) capable. You won't be able to use Tele2 in Moscow area if your phone doesn't support at least 3G bands.
Tele2 Russia uses its own 3G/4G network in Moscow area. Own 3G/4G network provide very good coverage and speed. But there is no 2G networks by Tele2 in Moscow. As a result, there is no 2G fallback in Moscow.
You can use other 2G networks in regions where is no own Tele2 network available. Also you can use Voice-over-LTE (VoLTE) and WiFi Calling features.
