This Mary Engelbreit sewing basket is just lovely. It is all padded fabric in various fun prints with colors of yellow, red, and black. The clasp and the sides of the handle are embellished and there is a trim piece around the lid. There is a black wood handle. The inside is gold satin with a couple of pockets and a pin cushion. The basket is complete with the original plastic insert to hold smaller sewing items. Included with the basket are various vintage sewing items. The condition of the basket is excellent. It looks like it has never been used. The Basket measures 10 1/2” long, 7 3/4” wide, and 5” deep. The handle, when straight up, is 3 1/2” from the top of the basket to the top of the handle. A beautiful piece to own for those that sew or what a really great gift this would make.
