Use USA 2-stage access to call an Iridium sat phone. Calls placed using this number are charged to the receiver at {{detail_product_description}}.54 per minute.

Incoming calls placed to an Iridium phone directly by dialing +8816-XXXX-XXXX from a landline or mobile phone are FREE to the recipient. Instead, they are charged to the caller by their local telephone services provider AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Boost USA at premium international rates. These charges may range from - per minute. Use a Toll-bypass number to call an Iridium phone to prevent high costs.

The Restricted Latin America voucher will only work on land in Latin America and up to
12 nautical miles
off shore due to the Latin American geo-restriction. This area includes all of Mexico, Central America, the Galapagos, and the entire South America continent.
Countries within the Caribbean but not limited to Dominican Republic, Cuba, Haiti, and Jamaica are excluded from this offering. Calls placed from outside of the Latin America region will not be connected.
Grace Period
A “grace period” occurs after the prepaid SIM card is activated and after a prepaid plan on the SIM card has expired (see diagram below).
(A) “grace period” begins, when SIM card is activated and a phone number is assigned to it. During that period a subscriber can select a new prepaid plan and load it with prepaid e-voucher(s). If a prepaid SIM has been activated, but not loaded with at least one prepaid e-voucher within 270 days, the prepaid SIM will be deactivated. The SIM can still be brought back into service by contacting technical support via online portal or a mobile app. A restoration fee of 0US will apply.
A prepaid plan that has a {{detail_product_description}} balance, but has not exceeded its expiry date IS NOT considered to be expired.
This “grace period” (B) begins when the expiry period exceeds and prepaid plan automatically deleted from the SIM. If a prepaid plan has not been added to the SIM, and e-vouchers are not loaded with at least one e-voucher after the beginning of “grace period” (B) within 270 days, the prepaid SIM will be deactivated. The SIM can still be brought back into service by contacting technical support via online portal or a mobile app. A restoration fee of 0US will apply.
An expired prepaid plan loses any “grandfathered” status it may have had. All calls and SMS are blocked. The plan and e-voucher will be deleted from the SIM on the day after expiry time. All unused units (minutes, sms), if any, are irreversibly lost.

1. Prepaid SIM is activated. Plan is not selected, no e-vouchers are loaded.
2. Plan is selected. E-vouchers are loaded into the plan. Expiry period begins.
3. If no e-vouchers are loaded before this point, a prepaid SIM is deactivated. SIM can be reinstated for 0US.
4. Prepaid SIM is actively used and recharged.
5. Prepaid account may reach zero balance, but is not considered to be expired. If balance reached {{detail_product_description}}, prepaid plan remains. On the SIM and e-vouchers can still be loaded onto the previously selected plan. Phone number stays uncharged.
6. Prepaid account expires. All unused minutes are lost. Any grandfather status is lost.
7. If no e-vouchers are loaded before this point, the prepaid SIM is retired. Reinstatement can be done for 0.
