What devices will NOT work with this service?
Even though we work with all different types of devices, some exclusions apply. These include:
Locked Tracfone devices
Boost/Virgin Mobile Branded devices
Devices reported lost or stolen
Devices reported for fraud
Devices under an existing contract with another carrier or if funds are still owed to your old carrier so they block the use of your phone with us.
Card will come inactivate.
We will activate your sim when you request but must be activated
within 60 days of receiving item
If you want your phone number to be in a particular zip code
please provide us with the zip code prior to activation
. We cannot pick a specific area code however. Phone numbers are assigned as close to zip as possible.
Once card is activated there are no refunds
Please allow 24 hours after messaging us for activation. We normally process within a few hours however.
If you wish to
port your number we will need details. Please advise your desire to port when requesting to activate.
Porting of numbers can take up to 24 hours depending on your provider (usually 1-2 hours however). We will not port the number until sim is received to minimize phone down time.
If you activate the card at H2O Wireless directly,
there will be no refunds and any discounts will be lost

If card is not activated I will accept return of the card and will refund.
