The Activation:
Just send us a
picture
of the sim card or the
sim card number
(not later than a week since the prepaid plans are constantly changing).
The Sim card:
It's a triple cut H2O Wireless sim card for regular, micro and nano size.
The
Plan:
It's the H2O Wireless Unlimited plan. (Unlimited talk, text and data. 15GB at 4G LTE and then Unlimited at 128 kbps) plus Unlimited international calling to 70 countries and credit. Please refel to last picture for a list of countries.
The Network:
It's ATT so this Sim Card will work in any ATT or Unlocked phone.
SHIPPING
: It's USPS First class mail. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days but sometimes longer. This service does come with a tracking number.
-Your sim card will be activated using the shipping address if we don't hear from you within a week after arriving.
-We do transfers/ports for numbers but we take no responsibility if we did not get the right information from you. Most times the transfer/port is completed in minuted after is submitted if done correctly but it can take up to 48 hours and we have no control over it.
Returns:
We will return/refund
only if the sim card was never activated.
After the sim is activated or port has been submitted, a payment has been applied on the account and the company will not refund it.
