This is a vintage Fraternal Order of Eagles FOE "PRODUCTION MANAGER" lapel insignia.
It is a screw back insignia.
The pin measures about 5/8" across and 5/8" high.
The back of the pin is unmarked as to maker or metal content.
Shows minimal wear and rub.  See pictures.
