F.O.E. FRATERNAL ORDER OF EAGLES 2 pin lot diamond? silver & gold tone

Description

Up for sale are two lapel pins/tie tacks screw back buttons from the Fraternal Order of Eagles, F.O.E. which has been active in communities since 1898.
First is the screw back button with a stone (can’t guarantee a diamond as it is untested) set in the eagle’s breast.
This is a silver tone base metal with gold colored finish that is partially worn away.
The prong screws into a brass colored round disc as if to be worn through a button hole.
The eagle’s wing span is approximately 7/8” wide.
In addition to plate loss, slight tarnish & light scratches, one of the wings dips lower which I do not know if this is by design or flaw.
The second pin is smaller,
it measures approximately ¼” W x ½” H.
It is gold tone metal with enamel “FOE Patron.”
On the back of the pin is “D. Pat. No. 160143”.
This pin also has a screw back but of a different design.
This pin is in very good condition, considering the age which I am guessing 1950s.
