F.O.E. Fraternal of Eagles & USA Double Flag Enamel Lapel Tack Pin Vintage

Description

This small tack lapel pin features the flag of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and United States of America.
The closure to the pin is marked what appears to be Lordship Ind P.R.
I can see the Lordship clearly but I may be wrong on the next two words or initials.
