It can be used with wifi router/ hot spot Mofi or any other compatible devices for mobile mobile broadband, Car/ Truck internet or for home basic  home internet service though not recommended for game downloads or updates since games needs optical fiber connections.

Q. Does the sim card comes pre-activated?
A. No we have to activated once you receive the sim card in mail, We ship the sim card with each order.
Q. What comes with this purchase?
A. This purchase will come with New sim card + Activation + 1st 30 days of service as per your selection of device from drop down menu. So activation cost + sim cost + shipping + First month service included with this purchase.
Q. How long does it takes the sim card arrive to me?
A. We send all our sim cards by first class letter economic, so it usually takes 3-5 business days, if you need the sim urgently, you can choose priority mail 2-3 days for additional at checkout, sorry we do not offer 1 day express mail as we can not manage it on time.
Q. Can I continue the plan for following months or will I be able to refill next month?
A. Yes we will send you invoice 7 days before the plan end and you have to take action accordingly to avoid the disconnection of line, once it is disconnected it will be more difficult for us the re-connect and make it work smoothly again.
Q. Is this plan or sim card rented ?
A. Yes this is special data plan sim card rented with us, so if you do not renew the plan within 30 days for next billing cycle, it will be canceled without further notice to you.
Q. How much data will I get per month.
A. There is not any cap on this plan even though carrier says they may prioritize the data after 50GB LTE depending upon peak data uses and fair use policy. So you will see very high speed for the first 50 gb and then speed prioritized or decreased around 10 mbps.
Q. What upload and download speed will I get with this plan?
A. There is not any speed limit set on this plan. It is the top tier plan for our data rented customers. Speed depends on many factors, like device category, Tower distance/ Connectivity and other variable factors. As per users experiences the lowest speed would be around 9-10 Mbps and there is no limit for the highest speeds, but still, its not guaranteed from us, it all depends on carrier and location so please be aware of that.
Q. Do I need to setup change configuration APN of 4G router/ hotspot
A.
Yes you have to change t-mobile apn on your device.
We can guide you some extent on that but technically we do not support  to configure your device. We activate the line and after that you have to figure it out how to do the settings in device, you can buy one of our pre configured devices if you wish, the link is at the bottom.
Q.
I have my own Netgear Nighthawk M1, 1100 or other T-mobile network devices, Can I use this plan with those device?
A. We are sorry to inform you that this plan will not support Nighthawk series devices those are directly from Netgear unlocked, it must be AT&T unlocked device with AT&T logo on it. It also does not support t-mobile data devices.
Q. What is the roaming status with this plan?
A. This plan comes with free national roaming for USA, It does not support international roaming.
