Using steel shoots
may
shorten the lifespan
. Make sure to apply thin layer oil or (better use grease) on the outside of the Choke and make sure to clean the chokes well and threads to finalize a good gas seal between choke and barrel. During shooting: Make sure to unload your shotgun and make regular inspections that the choke is firmly installed. Only use standard factory loaded shells with wad-cup (shot-cup).
