    All of the pages in this book are in excellent condition except one page had a tear
    at the top of the page and was repaired with tape that has darken due to age.
    The spine & binding & joint are tight
    A name was written in "belongs to" box but erased.
    The book is in very good condition except for some shelf wear around edges & corners.
